The health, well-being and safety of our guests and employees remains our priority. We are closely monitoring the situation of the Covid-19 virus which affects us all globally and we continue to follow the recommendations and directives of the Canadian health authorities during this important period. The necessary measures are taken to continue to offer you a service that will exceed your expectations:

• Plexiglas are installed at the parts and service counters between the employee and the customer.

• We monitor the number of customers within our dealership at the same time.

• The signing of the repair bond is no longer required at the start of the work. Your verbal agreement is now recognized as an authorization to work.

• Our team of technicians wear nitrile gloves throughout their operation on your vehicle.

• We will clean your vehicle with a sanitizing cleaner before handing it over to you.

• All common areas are cleaned several times a day with a sanitizer.

• We have increased the number of courtesy vehicles that are cleaned after each customer.

• The shuttle service accepts only one customer at a time on board and is disinfected between each transport.

• We have adapted our waiting room to social distancing standards.
